Beautiful first floor apartment with lift on the Pine walk, overlooking the sea, situated in a quiet area yet only a few minutes’ walk away from the centre of Puerto Pollensa.

Inside the apartment there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and one twin room, a bathroom with shower cubicle aswell as a bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower.

The lounge is comfortably furnished and has freeview satellite television. Large patio doors give direct access to the front terrace/balcony. The kitchen comes well equipped and includes an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

A pretty and modern family apartment, close to all the amenities of Puerto Pollensa.

A local Tax of 2,20 euro per person and per night is charged seperately and payable in cash on arrival in resort.

We would definitely recommend and stay in this spacious apartment again. The welcome pack was very good and much appreciated. It was very clean and tidy on arrival as well. The view is amazing and on 2 days we were there the sea planes were practicing in the bay right in front of the apartment. Easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Clear instructions for move in were given.

We had a lovely time in this apartment and said that it probably had the best 180 degree view of the bay from the balcony. The apartment was well equipped and provided all we needed. It was spotless on arrival and the owner provided a cot and high chair for our grandson. It was also lovely to be able  to see the family swimming in the sea right below the balcony. We were also lucky to see the sea plane take off from the sea and fly round the bay. A very enjoyable holiday.

Stayed in Voramar 85 1B for a week in May and it definitely met all our expectations – and more! The view out to sea as we entered the apartment took our breath away

and was one we talked about all the time we were there. The apartment had everything we could ask for, a lift to help with the suitcases, comfortable beds, nice welcome

pack, well equipped kitchen, ample cutlery, crockery and glasses etc. everywhere spotlessly clean and a ‘meet and greet’ from Kelly provided us with any information we

required. We were able to park outside most days, or at least the next street and there was a small beach right in front of the apartment – and two benches to sit on and

enjoy the view. But the best view was undoubtedly from the balcony – and is now the background on my computer for the next few months. Definitely hope to return.
