These apartments on the Pine Walk and near to the Hotel I'lla D'or are well situated and have relaxing views. This second floor apartment is set on 3 levels and has a furnished balcony.

The Pine Walk beach is just 20 metres from the front of the building and the local supermarket 20 metres behind. A fifteen minute flat stroll takes you into the centre of the Puerto Pollensa. Inside the entrance hall leads to the lounge/diner (with air conditioning, television) and a seperate well equipped kitchen.

The apartment has three bedrooms; an air conditioned double room, an air conditioned twin room and a single room. There are two newly refurbished shower rooms (one with a low ceiling).

Minimum 5 night booking. An additional charge of 120 euro for cleaning is added to each reservation.

A local Tax of 2,20 euro per person and per night is charged seperately and payable in cash on arrival in resort.

A refundable security deposit of 200€ is payable before arrival.
